Billed for automatic renewalS

I had ordered baby tv a year ago on a one month basis. Just realised I have been billed monthly for the year automatically. I was not aware this would happen. I don't even get monthly notification by email from iTunes for me to catch it. Can I get a refund as I haven't even used it.
