May 27, 2012 4:04 AM in response to Jess1304by King_Penguin,How are the photos getting onto the cards, directly from the camera or from your computer ? If you are copying them onto the card then you need to create a DCIM directory off the root of the card with the photos underneath it, and the photo filenames need to be exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension i.e. in a similar format as if a camera had created/written them

May 27, 2012 1:13 PM in response to Jess1304by Texas Mac Man,There have been a few reports of defective CCKs. Take it to an Apple Store for evaluation. If defective, you'll get a free replacement.
Cheers, Tom

May 27, 2012 1:28 PM in response to Jess1304by Skydiver119,Do you have a computer to check that SD card on? The image need to be named:
JFU_0393.jpg
or whatever. Basically 8 characters plus the extension. For example, I can't use the CCK for images taken with my phone because it just gives each image numbers.
If you can check it and your camera isnt' naming the files right, then no CCK will work. But if your camera is naming the files right, then the device may be defective
