Have new computer and can see music library

Have new computer (motherboard crashed on earlier one) and can see music library in iTunes - however, the music folders all disappeared and I cannot now move the music into the new folders.....

Please can anyone give me idiot's version on how to rectify this - I am working on iTunes 10
