Server Connections Interrupted - not wireless, not time capsule

I know there are other threads on this, but they are a little different, have LOTS of replies

I have a 6tb My Book Live Duo, my connection to which generates this meaningless message / dialog box constantly. At least, while I am copying to it usind CCC. The "Server Connections Interrupted" dialogue appears every few minutes, then vanishes. Seems harmless but really, really anoying.

Running 10.6.8

Any suggestions?
