Settings>Safari>Security>Block Pop-ups>On.
I already have that checked, I would like to block the banners and ads that some mobile websites display. You get a small banner on the bottom and it moves with the screen as you scroll up or down. Perfect example is the mobile version of the wikia sites, like skyrim.wikia
