I think my iPod has a virus. How do get rid of it?

When I try surfing the Internet it keeps opening this web page

That looks like the app store but it's not. But it want me to install

This app called it says it gives you access to paid **** sites for free

The app cost $1.00. But I can't go to any site it keeps redirecting the browser

To this site. I have never went to a **** site using this iPod so I have no idea where it picked it up

Also the keyboard is real laggy so much it's like 30 seconds behind my typing

I called apple and they said my iPod I'd out of warranty it's not but only 7 months old

They said the warranty is only 90 days. Is that really true?
