Can someone please tell me how to add the Verizon Wireless data usage widget on the iPhone 4S? I would like to keep track of my data usage and not to go over the 2GB monthly limit.
Any help will be very much appreciated.

hehe, yes after i posted i saw the date. i figure i leave it since i figured out how to add the verizon widget on iOS8.
Thanks for the reply. However, the My Verizon app is to manage the entire family account including paying bill. That's too much power and responsibility. My dad is managing the family account and I don't have the login. I just want to keep track of my own data usage, that's all.
My mom has a Samsung Android phone and it has a small Verizon widget on the home screen to display the data usage. I believe it is an add-on installed by Verizon before they sold her the phone. My iPhone does not have such add-on, and I cannot find anything similar on the App Store. So how can anyone keep track of their data usage without logging on to My Verizon account?

That widget is part of the My Verizon app for Android, which is on your mother's phone. iOS doesn't support widgets. Just because you can do all of those things with the My Verizon app doesn't mean you have to . You can still just use it for looking at your usage. It is the only option available from Verizon for the iOS at this time.
with iOS8, you do have widgets. What you need to do is go to app store and install My Verizon Mobile. Then swip down on your iPhone to get to "Today" view, on the bottom of screen, click on "Edit" button, scroll down to add avaialble widgets. You'll see "My Verizon Data" listed to add.
If Verizon has an app for this available at the iTunes app store, you download and install the app from there.
Verizon has an app in the App Store called "My Verizon". It will allow you to track your ussage.
