Export old iphone 3 contacts to PC and upload to icloud or new iphone 4

So i cannot utilize itunes successfully to import contacts from my old Iphone 3 and export to new iphone 4. I tried backup of the iphone 3 then restore from backup to my new iphone 4.

I tried using export windows address through itunes and it was successful as a group but not in a format icloud can import. If i select vCard it is one item at a time. UGH!

So i downloaded a program that worked but only allows 20 contacts. I have MANY more...

ANyone have any ideas?
