Q: why is streaming to my TV slowing to .4 mbps from 8.ombps while watching a netflix movie? this has become a problem in the last 2 months. This also happens on another TV but not concurrently.. Is it a problem with "airport extreme" or with the IP service?

why is streaming to my sony TV slowing to .4 mbps from 8.ombps while watching a netflix movie? this has become a problem in the last 2 months. This also happens on another TV but not concurrently.. Is it a problem with "airport extreme" or with the IP service? Airport extreme software is up to date.
