How to send info to Nike+ online profile saved under 2nd ipod sensor?

I have an Ipod nano 6th gen. and usually go running with the shoe sensor and plug in ipod receiver. Today though, I left the plug in receiver at home and didn't realize until the end of my run since my distance was being recorded as always. When I got home I checked on the computer and the run is recorded on itunes under "sensor 2", whereas all my other runs are listed under "sensor 1". I tried to sync the ipod and send the info to my online Nike+ profile a bunch of time but it doesn't show up. Any ideas on how I can sync this run to my online nike+ profile?
