Someone stole my phone and wanted to know if there was another way I could track my phone down other than the find my phone app. It is a brand new 4s with the Icloud as back-up.Please help.....

Did you enable the "Find My iPhone" feature on the device prior to it being misplaced? If so, go to iCloud.com and track it.
and if not the only option is to look for it manually
