USB ISDN modem problem

I have D-limk USB isdn modem ( DU-128TA+). The modem worked without prblem on every mac until now. Yesterday i have bought MAc Mini CORE SOLO. The moden does not turn on. The USB light is dead. Is it possible that this problem has accoured because of intel processor? Does anyone know the sollution?
