How do you close multiple tabs at the same time? Is there a "close all other tabs" command?

To close all tabs, you can simply close the window. Press the keys cmd + w.

This only closes one tab at a time.
Is there no way to close all tabs simultaneously?
Unless you have All windows from last session selected in Preferences > General > Safari opens with, quiting Safari (Command+Q) should close all windows and tabs.
To close all tabs except active tab - Command+Option+W
