Ask in the iPhoto forums.
Hi...
It's via Apple not iTunes.
I've created four books and been very satisfied with the quality. And all four were delivered ahead of the scheduled time.
Hi, did check that forum but was last marked as 6 years ago, was hoping that someone 'somewhere' would have ordered one more recently, thnx anyway....
Thnx very much Carolyn, that was what I was after, I'm glad its not made via some other party and the quality is good, thnx again much appreciated......
You're welcome. Apple does a great job on the books 🙂 and cards and calendars as well.
The quality is great - both hardcover and softcover. I have created and ordered 4 different books and I have been extremely pleased with all of them. I even had some photos in one book with the red "low quality" warning that came out great.
This is a GREAT tool.
This web page gives the specs for material used in the books: Apple Photo Services: Product line details for books, cards, and calendars.
If you're near an Apple store go in and look at the demos they have. I second bonniefromrockford's comment. All the books I've ordered were excellent.
Be sure to make a PDF copy of the book (as described here: iPhoto '11: Preview a book, card, or calendar before you order or print it, to check for errors (typos are my biggest problem). If the PDF is good then order the book and it should come back just like the PDF. Keep the PDF version to compare with the printed version when you receive it.
