Backup is missing plist files and cant access data.

How you are delete it? Check iTunes preferences>devices and look how many backup you have.

Thanks for answering cheonweb, I know what is in the backup, I want the camera roll, my library doesn't matter, the thing is that Itunes doesn't "read it", I have tried iphone backup extractor too but probably because the plist files are missing, it does not work. 😕 Do you know if is there a way to open those files in my backup?

Hahaha I'll try my best, english is not my first language sorry 😊 When I try to restore from backup it doesn't appear the last one I did (July 23) , it appears another one that has nothing (Sep 25), and try to delete it, to see if Itunes can search in the deafault folder my backup (July 23) but then appears again (Sep 25). Septemeber 25 is the date when I had to restore to factory settings, because I updated to IOS6 and it didn't go as I wished. I'm pretty sure that in my PC there is my last backup because I know where it is and I see it! Thank you so much for your help cheonweb! I hope I've made myself understood.

I just saw your post and it might be a bit late but if you have the backup file saved somewhere have a look in the file for files bigger than 2 mb they usualy are photos if you klick on them open with ms paint then you can save them.

Sync with iTunes. The backup contains only Settings, messages, recent calls and Camera roll. Your music and other photos are in your iTunes.

what do you mean Itunes doesn't "read it"?

I delete it there, in preferences> devices, I looked again and I have two backups from the same date and hour (dec 31 2000 06:00) 😟
