is it possible for you to reset a itunes account so that non of my apps apear

If you mean can you delete the purchase history? No.. can't be done. You can hide purchases, but not delete.

These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple. Currently it is only possible to hide content from your purchase history, they can't be permanently deleted : hiding and unhiding content.
