That's why you don't have FaceTime. Permanently removed from all iPhones sold there. There is nothing you can do to add it back.

Yep, & they were not purchased in the UAE or were sourced somewhere else. All iPhones, from official sources, in the UAE have FaceTime permanently removed.

I used Skype but I like my phone top that's way I buy iPhone 4S . Pls can u tel me what past application for make my phone on top ? Think u again

I bought my iPhone 4 here in US but I don't have FaceTime anymore
but it not fair to pay 700$ for not getting facetime and i think apple websites cheats clients there should be a very big message when buying in uae apple website saying that YOU WILL NOT HAVE OUR WONDERFUL GENIUS SERVICE FACETIME"......
Blame your country not Apple they have to follow the law of the lands. And you can simply download skype; which has access to a lot more devices, gives you the same abilities....
