Q: but does it back up your address book?

I need to restore my phone and just synced it to keep a back-up of data.  But I don't trust that all of my address book contacts will be saved. Will it?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

    Contacts are included in the iPhone backup. However, your contacts should be stored in a supported contact application on your computer, & that data backed up externally. If you're not doing this, you're asking for trouble.
