Items downloaded only to not play the whole song

I am having the issue of a Album I purchased saying it downloaded only to not play but bits of songs even though it says I downloaded the song. This ***** I paid for the music only not to get it. What is up with this, and how do I get the full versions of my songs that I purchased off that album?
