The Finder has been "improved" so much over the last few operating systems that I can no longer find files I need.

Can someone please tell me how to find only the file whose name is "XXXXX", without the superfluous listing of a hundred or more files that may or may not contain that string in their names or their content?

I usually resort to third party apps to do the job but I know there must be a simple answer that I am missing.

TIA
