Power loss during migration assistant!

We had a power loss in the middle of migrating my account from my imac to my new mac book. The mac book seems stuck in the middle of the migration. When power returned, I restarted the iMac and got migration assistant going, but they can't find each other. How can I pull out of this tailspin and get the account migration done? Thanks!
