Updating iBook after it came back with a ticket

Can somebody please outline to me how to deliver content on iBooks...I must be stupid, because I cannot get my head around this process.

So, firstly, I created a book in iBooks Author, and then published this using iTunes producer.

Once in the book, the introduction, the term "iBook" is used, which breaks one of Apple's vast array of regulations. So, I have to update the iBook. How do I do this? Apologies if this is a silly question, but this **** system has me pulling my hair out. I've updated the book in iBooks author, but no matter what I do in Producer (have opened existing package and looked up via metadata) the uploaded file, nor the ticket, updates in iTunes Connect. So at this point I have made the minor change that was required, but cannot alert Apple to this it would seem.

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

All the best.
