Q: Migration Problems

I'm using Migration Assistant on my PC and my Mac reconises my PC but tells me I must verify a passcode number on my PC?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

The application is asking you to verify the passcode displayed on both systems. You do have Migration Assistant running on both machines correct?

I have this prob too. OS X Lion Mig Asst is, on both the Mac and PC. Any suggestions? Would it help using Ethernet cable? If so, how do I do this?
