iPhone 4 every time i open an App it says to connect to iTunes for PUSH NOTIFICATIONS?

A couple of days ago without me doing ANYTHING to my iPhone 4.... it ask me to go to iTunes to use Push Notifications... I have sync my iphone and nothin.. .. does anybody out there is experiencing the same problem? If you know what to do to fix this please let me know... this is driving me crazy😢!!! Thanks in advance!!!
