Can a 2011 i5 macbook pro run Stronghold 3

I have a late 2011 MBP with HD3000 graphics. Will I be able to run Stronghold 3? If not, is there anyway to upgrade the graphic capabilities of my computer?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

Your MacBook Pro can't run this game. In the MacBoook Pro, the graphic is soldered in the logic board, so you can't replace this
