iphone 4S hard reset shows eep.penasar@hotmail.co.uk id

I was having some problems with my wi-fi and I just gave in and did a hard reset. While everything is loading back onto my phone from a previous backup, the apple id and login pops up asking for me to fill in. Oddly, the id eep.penasar@hotmail.co.uk id is already filled in. I have no clue where this id came from, it's not mine and I've never seen it before ever. I did a google search and did see one other person had inquired about the same thing happening to them, but had no response. So can someone please tell me why that id showed up and is this some kind of security threat I should be worried about?

I found the email address hardeep.penasar@hotmail.co.uk on the internet in the following post:

I had my phone jailbroken on 5.0.1 and it was hurting my battery life so I restored from an icloud backup. When it first turned on it asked me for an itunes password for eep.penasar@hotmail.co.uk. I have never seen this email address in my life. I searched every nook and cranny in my phone for something fishy and I don't find anything."

Your phone isnt jailbroken by any chance?

I should have came back here and updated what the genius bar told me after I asked this, I guess I forgot. The guy at genius bar told me he had never seen that before, but his best guess was that it has something to do with one of the apps I have downloaded and is on my phone and has the app creator's information showing up. Could also be where me and my family share purchases apps with each having different apple id's and having their purchased app on my iphone. Whatever all that means and has to do with my problem, i have no idea. Said it's not any type of security threat because of how great the apple protection it has on it and it's impossible for someone to to get my information. That's what all I remember him telling me, I met with him for like 5 minutes. Take it for what it's worth.

I had exactly the same problem after resetting my iPhone 5 and then restoring it from an iCloud backup. I tried emailing this person but so far have had no reply, hopefully it's one of those things that just stops. All I can say is change your passwords and all your security questions and make sure all your iMessage, FaceTime and iTunes accounts are in your name and email address. At least then you know there's no danger of a potential hacker gaining access to your account again.
