Q: Apple Support Emails Received in Italian, but don't speak Italian!

Is anyone else having the same issue with receiving emails from APPLE in a different language? I only speak ENGLISH and live in the USA, but whenever I make a change or update my credit card for Itunes - it sends me a confirmation email in ITALIAN. I hope that my apple device is SECURE because I do have my credit card information on file.

Thank you for trying to help, Klaus1...but that was not it. Both my Itunes and Itunes Store are set to United States. So I am still having this problem where all my emails that are coming from APPLE is in Italian! Any other suggestions?

I had the exact same issue but with spanish, it is because I bought something in the Applestore of Barcelona and they asked me to put my email on a paper...
But I solved it, you just have to log in and change your language: 'Apple ID settings'
