Q: phone will not ring  it vibrates but does not ring ..volume is up..

For the "Doh" question...Is the mute switch on? That's the small switch above the volume buttons on the left side of the phone (as you look at the screen). If you see orange, it's on and will not ring.

it didn't work in my phone. Volume is high, no mute, no in don't disturb. I went through the whole setting and found nothing out of place. Games lost sound but itunes music play well.

Any idea?
