how to disable an iphone?

So my laptop recently got stolen. My iphone was also still synced to that laptop. Except i have competely locked myself out off it and have tried ot many times to guess it. And i am unable to disable the iphone because i can not connect it to the laptop it was sycned to. So i was just wondering is there anyway to access the locked iphone even tho it is disable? because i was hoping to get all my stuff off it. Or is there anyone to restore it? because when i connect it into my new laptop it says its locked with passcode and i need to connect it to the sycned computer. Please help!

There is no way for you to do what you want to do.

You can restore the iPhone to the facory setting, but without the passcode, that process will erase all content on the iPhone. Did you possibly back up the iPhone to iCloud? You could restore the iPhone after you erase it with the iCloud backup. If you live in the US, you should also be able to download your music, videos and apps if they are still in the iTunes stores, but you will loose all of the data.

restore as i dont care if i wipe anything and everything off the iphone. and what i mean by unable to disable is that it is locked out with too many passcode atempts so it is disabled. Therefore i am unable to undisable the phone from being locked. Also like i said i tried the recovery thing before and nothing happened it still came up with "Phone Disable" Connect To Itunes

Let's see now --- your laptop, the computer that the phone syncs with, was "stolen", and somehow you forgot your passcode and disabled the phone trying to open it, on the same day... No wonder you were so vague about what happened to the phone and why you weren't interested at all in preserving the data. My solution is for you to return the phone to its rightful owner, or if your prefer, anonymously to the police.

thank you both for calling me a thief. How about you get your fact staright before you start acussing someone anything like that.

First of all i want ALL my stuff off my iphone except i cant do that because MY LAPTOP DID GET STOLEN.

and Secondly if you must also know i had broke the screen to my iphone in November so it has been what roughly 6 months like i am going to remember my passcode over that period of time. Plus during that time i got a new iphone. (not the point)

I only want to access my locked iphone because of the photos and messages and etc on there.

Thirdly IM NOT LOW TO STEAL SOMEONE ELSES IPHONE!

AND! my mum took my broken iphone to fix the screen because of course it is cheaper. but when we were there my family memebers tried getting into my iphone sot hey locked me out.

SO THERE YOU GO. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT!

How about you get your fact staright before you start acussing someone anything like that.

How about you not changing the "facts" each time you post about it...

and if i had stolen the iphone i would have got them to restore it unlock it for me in thailand
Who is the "them" who would unlock it? Who said anything about Thailand before this?

That's how police catch people in lies - they never say the same thing twice and keep adding even more implausible "facts" with each telling...
