Connect the iPod to its syncing computer and restore via iTunes. If necessary, place the iPod in Recovery mode and then restore. For how to restore see:

I had al the screens and everything went well, untill step 4. I see the screen which says "slide to open", but it says it's locked. i first have to type a pin, but the device said my pin was incorrect. i used my personal pin which I always used before updating to ios6. Do I have to use my own pin, or the standard pin (0000)?

I have nevered asked for help in this manner, I thought Apple was helping me to sort out my Phone, I do hope I am not been made a fool of

I am contacting you because my iPhone won't activate. Recently I traveled to UK (London) and I bought myself an iPhone 4 from a pawnshop. They said that the phone was used with 02 carrier. I got home (Bulgaria) and tried to start the iPhone but the only thing that shows is:

"Only compatible SIM cards from a supported carrier may be used to activate iPhone. Please insert the SIM card that came with your iPhone or visit a supported carrier's store to recieve a replacement SIM card".

I don't have that option and I really don't know what to do. I would be really happy if you could help me find a solution.

I Jidda have the same problem but mine is I was messing with my find my iPhone the app anyway I acedentlyy locked it and the screen us pitch black and I can't see the screen and it still receives call and when I check the app on my iPad it said the phone is still locked but I don't now how  to unlock it

can i ask you sir to how to unlock ? in  iphone 4s

You'll probably just need to buy a new SIM card from Bulgaria.
