I accidentally removed iTunes Library.xml and .itl files and itunes created new ones and some things got screwed up in itunes, if I bring them back and replace the new ones it created with previous ones will my itunes be back to normal?

I accidentally removed these files and itunes created new ones and some things got screwed up in itunes, if I bring them back and replace the new ones it created with previous ones will my itunes be back to normal? My music is still there, everything is still there except for some settings that were reset to default and all my apps were gone along with all the pdfs I had saved in ibooks. I dont want to sync any of my devices because it'll delete apps and pdfs I have in the devices, which use to be in itunes as well. please help!
