We open many many files each day and my G4 used to go back to the last folder I opened but now it goes to document each time. How can I make it go to the last folder opened? ps Most last folders opened are on a different drive.

God bless you! Yes, this worked perfectly. I had it happen to an Imac G3 also and just took it out of service. I think it happened in both cases after I connected them to a different ethernet cable. Maybe part of the problem maybe not. Anyway, thank you so much. This is going to make several people happy.
