Where did my camera icon go

I just noticed that my camera I icon is missing. This is not a phone with an administrator. How do I restore it?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

Hi Guys,

i have tried everything, but nothing helps .....any suggestions ? Complete reset of the phone ? Bring in to the shop for repair ??

The camera icon can't be deleted, but it can be moved. Check other screens as well as existing folders. If not there, try Settings - General - Restrictions - Camera.

Also try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout if restrictions didn't work.
