Hi Michelle..
From a browser; Safari ??
Quit the browser.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar top of your screen click Go > Go to Folder
Type this in exactly as you see it here: /Library/Internet Plug-Ins
Click Go
Move the Adobe PDF browser (or just PDF browser) plugin from the Internet Plug-Ins folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the browser.
Hi Carolyn,
Thank you for your response. I followed your instructions... using Safarii browser and these are the two adobe files I have and I removed them both and relaunched the browser and still I can not view pdf. Any other suggestions? I recently added the adobe master suite onto my computer. I do notice when I select the "quick view" of the pdf it opens up as a .doc, not a pdf. my viewer don't open either.
