- To work the FindMyiPod feature has to be turned on and wifi on and connected. Also, if somebody restor the iPod that permenently deletes the Find feature.

- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPOd.
- Apple will not help

Well, I'd say you should have enabled Find My Phone on your iPod. If you did have FMP enabled and you can't see it on iCloud then either the iPod is powered off, or it is not connected to a WiFi network.
In either event, the only way to find your iPod is to get up and go look for it... And FYI, contrary to polular belief, technology is not the answer to every situation.... Sometimes you gotta do it the old fashioned way....
