in the wrong day and the wrong time for recorded events

Just changed over from Mobile Me to iCloud service on my mac and iphone - iCal data has been uploaded from mac to icloud however displays the events in the wrong day and the wrong time for recorded events - in addition my iCal on the iPhone will not update to my mac - previously with MobileMe no probs

Need to be able to rectify errors for obvious reasons
