I have seached but cannot locate how to recover answers to security questions. iForgot only resets the password. We bought two new iPods and iTunes will not recognize our answers. It is very frustrating to not be able to buy from iTunes. Can anyone help?

Thanks so much for responding! I went into My Apple ID and it wants my security answers first. Apple sure does make it hard to buy from iTunes! lol Any ideas?
Okay, I spoke with a rep by phone and she was very helpful!
1. She told me to contact www.apple.com/itunes/support/.
2. Enter "Contact Support".
3. Press the blue "express lane" button in middle of the screen. If you don't see it, go back a screen and try again.
4. Email iTunes support with the problem.
Hopefully, I will hear back within the next 24hrs. Will update later!
But then what do you do? I went into it and tried to.. but it wont let me reset the answers to my questions

Had the same problem did the same thing and nothing...i got a reply that they are trying to fix this problem....I guess they are fixing this problem for centuries....wasted money on buying itunes gift card 😟
I am having the same problem. I guess you will have to load it on your computer first and then sync. There has to be a better solution!

Yea, I've sent countless e-mails and they seem to only want to address an issue that I can resolve and have resolved myself...nothing to do with the actual problem.
