Q: HOW CAN WE MAKE US ITUNES ITEMS AVAILABLE ON OTHER ITUNES STORES LIKE SA-ITUNES?

I live in south africa, and it just so happens that alot of items that are available on the US itunes is NOT available on the SA itunes.

I am particularly refering to the book BREAKING DAWN by Stephanie Meyer. How can I go by purchasing this book for my iphone? As i understand, I cannot use my SA Bank Account for a foreign store purchase....
