I have an iPhone 3GS with iOS 5.1.1. I am thinking of buying a Bluetooth keyboard for it. Can anybody tell me if the soft keyboard will still appear on screen once the Bluetooth keyboard is paired with the iPhone?

When the BT keyboard is paired, the on screen KB disappears.
If using an Apple Bluetooth keyboard, pressing the "Eject" button on the Bluetooth keyboard will bring up the virtual keyboard.

It has an f5 key which when ued with the ALT key allows you to toggle the keyboards. We successfully use both ipad's and iphones to scan , barcodes etc. using www.allonmobile.com which "ipad" enables back end applications. No issues using muliple bluetooth devices
