I've created an iOS Developer Account for Apps, but I'm experiencing problems logging into iTunes Connect. It says "Manage your Books", not "Manage your Apps". I think this happens, because I'm using the same Apple ID for Apps and Books in iTunes Connect. Is there any way to change the Apple ID of the iOS Developer Account? Thanks

    You need two accounts...

     

    Since you have a developer account, contact devprograms@apple.com to investigate signup issues.

    "I wrote an email to Apple and they responded the following:

     

    Thank you for contacting Apple Developer Support regarding your request for a refund.

     

    We have processed a refund for your order as an exception to our no refunds/no exchanges purchase terms. Although we have processed your refund immediately, we ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to post to your cardholder account.

     

    If you have any questions or need further assistance, please let me know."

     

    Now on developer.apple.com under my account, it says "enrollment pending". My question is: what should I do now? Should I wait a few more days or should I try to set up a new developer account with a new Apple ID which is also different to the Apple ID I'm using for iBooks in iTunes Connect?

    Wait a few more days - might be a week...more if you are outside the US.

    I got a seond email from apple that says I should now try to enroll with a new Apple ID.

     

    I already tried several times to do this, but I always get a screen with "There was a problem processing your request".

    What process did you use to create (yet) another ID?

    I used my iPhone to create a free @me adress that works as an Apple ID and iCloud account.

     

    When I log into appleied.apple.com I can manage the Apple ID without any problems.

    Assuming you've used the contact link in that image based on the error persisting, all I can suggest is to wait for that process to work thru...

    Hi Scheipi, can U resolve the problem? I have the same problems too.

    In my iTunes Connect. It says "Manage your Books", not "Manage your Apps".
    I send an mail to devprograms@apple.com but not answer.

    Any help?

    made same mistake, now enrollment shows it is still pending on purchase and activation step... my payment is not processed, neither i got any acknowledgement mail from apple after completing the purchase, what to do now ? how to register ?

    Hi rschuman. Sorry for replying that late. Try to talk to apple using telephone support. That's what I did when I had this problem. As far as I can remember they finally gave me a refund after explaining my problem to them. Hope this helps

    لدي نفس المشاكل أيضا.  Same problem. Même problème.

     

    Dans mon iTunes Connect. Il dit: «Manage your Books", pas "Manage your Apps", alors que  je veux les deux car je veux ajouter des Books et des Apps avec le même compte d'entreprise.
