I set up a playlist of music videos purchased on Itunes and the music plays but no video. How do I see the videos? I am able to see the same playlist on my IPhone and it plays each video, one after another.

Go to the stock Videos app, it'll be there.
When you synch music videos, they will be both visible in both the Music and the Videos app. In the former only as audio, of course.

But how do I create a "playlist" of videos so after one video has finished the next video in the playlist will start?

Unfortunately, it's not very easy. Generally, you'll need to use third-party apps. Fortunately, as music videos (as opposed to movies in the iTunes store) aren't copy protected, they're playable by third-party apps. (This means you won't want to use them for protected movies.)
