May 30, 2012 7:21 AM in response to LwayFanby LwayFan,I tried the two fingers clockwise but to no avail. Nothing happened. I can only move the screen to the right or left.

May 30, 2012 7:23 AM in response to LwayFanby planb77,★HelpfulSo you placed two fingers such as your thumb and index finger in a pinchlike fashion on the Nano's display and turned them clockwise and counterclockwise and nothing happened?
If so, you have a hardware issue, meaning you'll want to have the iPod serviced or replaced.
