Hi everybody!
I think Apple Support Communities is the best place where you can ask some questions.
So, I wanted to download internet explorer on my Macbook Pro.
I searched "Internet explorer" on google and I clicked the download button
Then, it started to download it and I had to wait for a moment.
However, after it succesfully downloaded, it won't let me to open it.
look at this picture below:

IE for Mac is outdated, discontinued and no longer supported. You cannot use it.
Will it work if I buy a CD and insert it on my Mac? Will that work?

Why do you think you need IE?

No. What difference would that make. If you can't use it, you can't use it no matter how you isntall it.
have you considered using the Develop > User Agent feature in Safari?
That may work for a site which merely "sniffs" the browser to determine which clients to support. It won't work for sites which use ActiveX to integrate with Internet Explorer on Windows.
