earlier photos transfer

I've downloaded the icloud control panel for my pc and have set it to automatically get my photos from my phone. Its got so many which upon reading seems to be the last 30 days. Is there a way to get the pc to automatically take them all?

If not will it keep all the ones it has downloaded or will it delete the older ones as further dates and photos are used?
