May 30, 2012 8:38 AM in response to moussarnassyrby Menneisyys,You don't want to do so as you wouldn't be able to exchange files / data with them or use their Dial-Up Networking service either.
Unfortunately, BT support on iOS is very restricted.

Feb 27, 2014 10:45 AM in response to moussarnassyrby RDFPhD,I have a psychological testing program that requires 2 iPads, one for the test administrator and one for the person taking the test. They are suppose to communicate via bluetooth but I can't get the tablets to recognize one another. I've rebooted, closed, reopened, reinstalled and nothing seems to help. One iPand has been paired with a keyboard but the keuboard is 15 miles away. The second iPad (a mini) is new.

Feb 27, 2014 10:48 AM in response to RDFPhDby deggie,The App is using the Personal Area Network (PAN) Bluetooth profile. You do not use Settings to pair the devices, just make sure BT is on. Within the App itself you pair them, the same as games and photo share apps use this profile. Check with the developer if you have further problems.
