I remember answering your first post so I will respond to this one. When you post a question and some else posts a reply - all you have to do is click or tap on the word - Reply - in the bottom right corner of the post from the person that responded to you. Nobody may know what you are talking about if you just post another question like you did in this post.

Anyway, if you live in Germany and your Apple ID is tied to the German store, I don't think that you can change the language of the store. Is that your situation?
