Purchases Empty?

Me too! I just re-downloaded Tron Uprising (I had the 720p file, then re-downloaded the new 1080p file).

...in fact, the store shows that I haven't purchased anything at all now. I purchased the season pass for the Walking Dead (in HD), I can't download them in 1080p now. WTH?

Thank God I'm not the only one - I was going nuts! Purchase history is completley gone.

Include me in this debacle... EVERYTHING is GONE! Music is gone, Movies are gone, TV Shows gone, apps gone, books gone... ALL OF IT! 😠

Not cool Apple. Please bring back my content that I have rightfully purchased.

Just for the heck of it I've done the following (with no results)...

• - Restarted the machine (three times now).
• - Restart iTunes (obviously).
• - Deauthorized all machines (there were two), and re-authorized the machine I'm on now.
• - Created a new iTunes folder (held down option while clicking the icon in the dock) - signed into my iTunes account (nothing).
• - Purchased a single TV episode, waited for it to finish downloading, then checked purchase history (nothing there still).
• - Removed that new purchase from the library, checked purchase history again - still nothing.

I'm hoping (with all my fingers crossed) that it's some sort of server issue, and if I try again tomorrow that everything will be back to normal. ...will still probably keep checking every 15 minutes though 'cause that's just how I roll.

Further exploring confirms that the same content is not available on Apple TV either... Like it never happened. Over at the iTunes Store forum, there's a lot more posts about this same issue so it seems to be a glitch on Apple's side.

Suggest that we all monitor both streams for answers or suggestions. FWIW!

I have the same problem on my computers, Apple TV, iPad, and iPhone.

All music, movies, TV shows, apps, and books are gone.

Clearly a MAJOR glinch on Apple's servers.

Same here. All purchased TV shows and Movies are gone in iTunes and on my ATV2's

Add me into this as well, i guess it was the wrong get hard drive failure and need to get all my music/apps again 😟

Everything is back in my account. I hope this never happens again. Disheartening doesn't begin to describe the feeling... Check your past purchases. They should be back!!

My Purchased TV shows just reappeard in my ATV2's 🙂

Everything's back for me too now, WHEW!! 🙂
