Q: Compromised Apple ID??

Has anyone had their Apple ID compromised? Every time I log into my App Store on my MacBook Pro, I go to update my apps and my email ID is changed - no one has been in front of my computer except me. I have changed my passwords but it seems that it keeps referring to this when I open Apple Store.

What should I do?
