Q: iPhone shows up multiple times in 'find my friends' device list
So, I use FMF, and had to have my iPhone replaced (twice!) by Apple.
I've since also gotten an iPad, and in the account settings for FMF, you can select which device's location to share. My list on the iPad says:
Heath's iPhone
Heath's iPhone
Heath's iPhone
iPad (this device)
so if I want to switch back to the phone from there, I can't tell which is which (and no, I don't want to rename my phone).
I assume the extra iPhone entries are the first two phones I had and probably have some underlying UUID-like data that's actually different, but is there any way to delete them?
(I've not tried calling AppleCare yet)
Thanks,
Heath

duh. this worked (swiping over the device name in FMF):
Previously-owned device appears in Find My iPhone
A device will appear in your device list when you log in to Find My iPhone as long as Find My iPhone is turned on on your device. Be sure to remove your iCloud account, along with any other personal data, from your device prior to selling or giving it away. If the device is currently offline, you can remove it from the device list by clicking Remove below its name (at icloud.com/find from a computer) or by swiping over the device name in the device list in the Find My iPhone iOS app.
