Pocket PCs

Hello, I have lived in a Windows world all my life and finally switched to macs. I have collected alot of hardware over the years and most of them work fine with my imac. Last year I baught an pocket pc and they dont work with osx! Is there any way to get it to sync with mac osx? Thanks

I have used Pocket Mac in the past and it works well.
Another one that I like and am currently using is
Missing Sync
